I thought I made the right decision to buy a room here. It is a pretty good price, big fully-furnished unit area. The project facilities are completed, including a gym, a pool, shops, sauna, so comfortable for me. It is also very close to Pattaya Beach, less than 10 minutes walk, so I like to go there. One disadvantage here is that the Central of Pattaya's location may not be very suitable for people who like peace. There will be some noise from outside; you will definitely like it here if you're a party lover like me.
Great condo for urban escape

Recently, I just visited Pattaya city for a few nights, so I had a chance to stay here. I would say this place is worth the price. The room that I stayed in is a studio unit, which is pretty large. It's enough for one or two people. Although the condition of the condo doesn't look like a brand-new condo, it's well maintained. I wish the swimming pool were on the rooftop, so I can enjoy the view of Pattaya city. Overall, the condo is quite great. For almost a week during the stay, I haven't found any problem. The condo is in the city's prime area, so it's easy to get around. It takes only 10 mins to Pattaya beach, where I can enjoy wandering around. For those who like the peaceful atmosphere, you can walk up to the North of the beach, but I usually walk down the South because there are many restaurants and souvenir shops, where I found it enjoyable. It's not far from the Central Festival Shopping Mall, just 15 mins walking, and it also takes less than 5 mins driving. I quite like this place as the price is affordable. Also, Pattaya city is another interesting place for an urban escape as it takes only 1 hr. from BKK, super convenient!
