Very convenient just fews step to MRT

Outstanding in terms of the location. It has an impressive view of the city. Both the view of the Chao Phraya River, and the view from the Benjakitti Park. Another important thing is the last freehold in this area. And of course, it is a prime location soon. That has the opportunity to increase the value. The project close to the business center, offices, and department stores. Convenient transportation, either by car or by public transport, next to Queen Sirikit MRT, also a bus stop. The project is a beautifully designed, and modern building that has a complete common area, including a rooftop swimming pool. That can see a stunning view of Bangkok, fitness, and lounge, etc. 1 bedroom, size about 34 sq.m, inside the room is well designed. Space in the room most efficiently. The project uses beautiful built-in furniture. The electrical equipment using the leading brand. The view from the room was incredibly beautiful. Just thinking that waking up and seeing this view is so excited that I can't wait to move in!

The price is not high, the location is worth the price.

The room is beautiful; many rooms are available ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with the starting price at million. Regarding its location, the prices are not high. The project site includes an excellent security system and convenient car parking spaces. All facilities are on the rooftop floor, overlooking the fantastic Bangkok city view. I think it's good as it is close to Wat Mangkon MRT, Benjakitti Park, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, and many shopping malls.
