Having changed our retirement plans, we are selling this beautiful house. This one floor house is perfectly designed for families or friends looking to spend time together. With a balcony connecting the three sections the kitchen is located in the middle as the center of the house, with the most spectacular view. The bottom floor has great potential for construction with large terrace, swimming pool and gym area, but is currently in bare shell and used as a boule court with homemade gym. Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
