I decided to rent this villa because I was impressed with the serene and private atmosphere, suitable for relaxing after a year of hard work. I chose to rent a 3-bedroom villa which has a lot of space and a great view. The interior of the villa is in a contemporary style and fully furnished. It made my vacation in Thailand with my family much more comfortable. There is also a common area for our family to spend their leisure time there, such as indoor and outdoor pools, water parks, spas, and BBQ areas. The project also offers a shuttle bus service to the airport. More importantly, the villa is located near Chaweng Beach. The journey is very convenient and easy.

My family and I love and delight with this villa. The villa we stayed in was 2 bedrooms type and was fully furnished. In front of the house offers a view of the forest and mountains. The balcony at the back will be a sea view. There is also a parking lot for 1-2 cars. The design is good. It is still a shortly completed project. Besides, getting here is not too difficult. Koh Samui is super beautiful and very peaceful. I love spending my vacation here. It's better than any other island in Thailand !!

My family and I stayed here for a few days in a townhouse and was very impressed. Not only the house is good, but all the staff are very nice, helpful, and take good care of me. The place is also beautiful, suitable for recreation. The project is located close to the beach. My family and I went to sunbathe regularly during the holiday here. The room's interior is decorated warmly and attractively for the living. The facilities provided are also complete, such as a beautiful infinity-sized swimming pool. Also, all materials used are good and quality. Besides, there are good services from the project, whether a shuttle bus to the airport. Best services and convenient! More importantly, booking a taxi service from the project is also available. It's safe, and I'm not disappointed to stay at Rockwater Residence

This villa is for those who're looking for a peaceful place to stay. The villa has three bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with electric appliances, which is so convenient. Besides, there is an airport transfer, making me less worried about transportation issues. However, it's pretty far from shops and restaurants. If you own a car, it wouldn't be a big deal. The price isn't high compared to other condos nearby, which is great.

If you are looking for a pool villa to spend your time with family time, this is a suitable project. The villas are available from 3-5 bedrooms in a very private project atmosphere. This is the perfect place with beautiful and modern design villas. There is a swimming pool, sunbeds for sunbathing, and BBQ equipment to party. The atmosphere here is very shady. From the villa frontage, you can see a very romantic sea view in the evening. The location is also great, not far from Chaweng Beach, just 10 minutes by car.

I've rented a townhouse here for over a month now. It is a 2-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very spacious. There is a full set of good furniture in every bedroom, kitchen, and living room so that my family and I don't have to buy anything more. We can see the sea view and the most unique and beautiful atmosphere every day from our unit. Lovely helpful staff. Clean common areas and an expansive swimming pool. If I have time, I will swim a lot because I can enjoy the city's panoramic mountain ranges and sea views. Overall, I am very impressed with this project.
