Great project close to Bophut beach with less than 5 minutes by car. This location is quiet and private. My house is surrounded by trees, making it look shady. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the usable area is about 230 square meters. Just perfect for my 6 family members. The price is worth it.

I moved to be an English teacher at the International School of Samui. Earlier, I rented a condo because I stayed alone. After that, my wife plans to move to Koh Samui with me this year, so I decided to buy this villa to make our stay more comfortable. My villa is a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa is well-gated. Plus, the living area is so spacious with good ventilation, so there is no need to turn on the AC. As the villa is fully furnished, I don’t need to buy anything else. As for me, I just bought some plants for my small garden because I’m a nature lover. As for the price, I think it’s not expensive at all. It’s su[er convenient to get around and it’s also close to the beach. The only disadvantage is that the project does not provide the facilities in the common area, unlike other villas. However, it is understandable as it’s a small project with only 17 units. I would say that this place is suitable for those who want a peaceful villa for vacation.
