3 Bedroom House for sale at La Vallee Town 3

My wife and I were looking for a townhouse for two people to travel conveniently near Hua Hin town. We have just moved here, so my knowledge about the area is quite limited. I saw the advertisement for the project. It's new and affordable, so I visited the mock-up house. The one I visited called 'Due,' having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It looks modern with a wide frontage suitable for 2 cars. The house size is okay, and the living area and the bathrooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen is quite small, which is not practical for real use. It should be wider with more storage. The project also offers facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a playground, and a garden for evening exercise. When we get bored, we can drive to Hua Hin beach in 10 minutes, and we stop by the market to buy some food on the way back. It's quite chilling!

The house here has just been built shortly, and now there are not many people moving in. It is a 2-story townhome with 2 bedrooms and 1 car park. The environment is excellent, and the common area includes a gym, a garden, and a swimming pool. It closes around 8.00 pm, and the village entrance has a 24-hour security guard. I think the house here is extremely safe and the travel is not far from Hua Hin !!
