A detached house in a good location, near CBD Sukhumvit area

If anyone is looking for a house that is a little bit out of town but not far from the suburbs, I would recommend this project. It is easily accessible via many routes, including Pattanakarn, Srinakarin, and On Nut Roads. If traveling to the Sukhumvit area, it takes less than 20 minutes. Also, several amenities are surrounding, such as Tesco Lotus On Nut, Seacon Square Srinakarin, Sukhumvit Hospital, etc. As for the project, it offers 5 types of houses for you to choose from, with the living area ranging from 121 - 167 sq.m. Every house comes with 3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. The inside is airy, open, and cozy, as well as being adjustable as needed. The project facilities also include the clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and 24H security system.
