I can ensure that this is a single-detached house of 3 bedrooms at an affordable price. The unit area is appropriate. The house is fully furnished so I can save money from decoration. The project maintains a high-security standard so I can have peace of mind. Plus! It provides a private swimming pool and a basketball court so that we can exercise after work. Conveniently located not far from Si Sunthon Road, the main road which makes my travel easy. From the village, it takes only 20 minutes to town and just half an hour to the Airport. It makes my life easy!

Our family moved to settle in Phuket. In the beginning, we searched for many places until one of my friends introduced us here. It was okay. We decided to buy a 4-bedroom house with a spacious living area so that it won't be cramped for our big family and have a pet. Here, I won't feel lonely at all; it feels like living in my old place. The house is well maintained. There are 3 broken light bulbs, but the owner fixed them right after telling her, so nice! When we moved in, it's somewhat convenient. The staff has a proper security system, a communal pool, restaurants, and a tennis court. It's also easy to travel because it's on the main road where you can find many stores. It's near the monument of Thao Thep Kasattri and Thao Sri Sunthon as well, about 3 km. The area is developing, and the new mall is coming. I love it here. I got it at a very good price, worth every penny!
