Interesting project close to many important places, shopping malls, such as Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, and Makro food. It's also close to Big Buddha Beach and Bophut Beach as well. The townhouse design is terrific. It is a two-story townhouse with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with a spacious living area. From the room, you can walk to the swimming pool and garden. The price does not include furniture, but I would consider it a lovely project.

I love the privacy and atmosphere of the project. Located in a good location, close to Bo Phut Beach and local amenities such as restaurants, bars, and the beach. Within the project, there is a large swimming pool, parking space, and a fitness center. The townhouse is large and fully-furnished with top-brand furniture. There are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The living area is wide and adequate for every member to have quality time.

This project's location is excellent, near Tesco Lotus, Makro food, and Central Festival. It is also close to Big Buddha Beach and Bophut Beach. There is only 1 house type available, which has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Space is clearly divided into proportion. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness, a receptionist, and 24-hour security guards. It comes at a reasonable price. Anyone can own it.

Forward By Replay is a reliable project because it is developed by Replay Residence Samui, a well-known property developer. For this reason, the single-detached house is in a modern style with a luxurious sense. According to the sample house, I love the space allocation that meets new-gen lifestyles. Besides, there is a common area with facilities such as a swimming pool, sports club, sauna room, jacuzzi, garden, and parking. Since the location is in the middle of a community and not far from Samui airport, there are many markets and shops around the project, Makro Food, and Chaweng Beach. So, don't worry. It won't be difficult to live here at all.

I had the opportunity to stay in a Replay Residence hotel and was very impressed. During the stay, I saw Forward By Replay is being built as a vacation home; therefore, I was interested in and contacted this project. It's so big and attractive. It's a beautiful structure and a spacious area with a 2-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms. The view behind the room is a large balcony and a pool view. The common site offers a Jacuzzi and a very large swimming pool. The project will be wonderful if the construction is completed because it is a large chain with both famous hotels and condo chains. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a convenience store in front of the project. It is really suitable for large families to spend leisure time as it's located near the beach and only 6 kilometers from Samui Airport.
