It is a very good project, uniquely designed and elegant. The tropical-style villa has 3-4 bedrooms, each with a swimming pool and a large private garden surrounded by natural scenery. The building material is of good quality. In addition to the villa itself, the project also has a communal swimming pool, a communal garden and security staff. The location is quiet and super private, yet close to beaches, markets and many attractions, especially Layan Beach and Laguna. It is a villa for a large high-class family with taste because the price is considered high but makes sense!
