3 Bedroom Villa for sale at Avoca Gardens 2

I relaxed with my family at this villa and rented a 2 bedroom villa, which comprises 1 private pool. The villa rate is not much expensive. The villa we rented was an extensive area with a high fence and perfectly divided into zones. Everyone in my family has their personal spaces because the living area is spacious. So everyone has their leisure corner and can relax. Overall, this is an impressive place to stay. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and suitable for soaking rather than swimming. However, other common areas are good.

My husband and I bought a house here almost 5 years ago. We usually stay here on a vacation as we fly back and forth between Germany and Thailand. My husband really loves this house because it is entirely private and peaceful. Avoca Gardens is a small project. The number of units is limited to only 18 units. My 3-bedroom home comes with a private pool and a Jacuzzi. The people here are lovely and very friendly.

Cozy Pool Villa is located close to Dongtan Beach, so it is very convenient for traveling. I can easily travel to various attractions such as Jomtien Beach, Walking Street, and Royal Garden Plaza. The accommodation section is very good. I did not face any problems. The villa interior is stylish and tidy and also complete furniture. So my family and I didn't have to prepare anything. With just one luggage, you can easily spend your life in Thailand.

I have rented this villa with my family for a while. Overall, it's a lovely villa. Avoca Gardens 2 gives the scent of being at home because the villa is spacious, comfortable, and airy. The living area is comfortable living with 2 bedrooms size, which is the perfect size for my family. The villas are equipped with amenities such as a fully equipped European kitchen, private pool, Jacuzzi, and beautifully designed relaxation area. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The villas are also located within easy reach of all the amenities, can travel easily.

The villas here are located in the suburbs, and traveling is not convenient. The project is relatively quiet and private. The villa includes a private swimming pool and a small garden. There are 3 bedrooms which are designed very spacious. Although the project was completed for a long time, it's still new and always maintained. The downside that I am not very impressed with is that it is far from shopping centers and malls !!
