The houses are ok but not the best quality and overpriced - many resales over the last years, The big plus is the superb location in Soi 102 ( even the street gets flooded sometimes )

A top-quality luxurious village in Hua Hin. It has a beautiful and organized landscape. There are full facilities for the residents such as a clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a security system for 24 hours. The interior is elegantly designed with a full set of modern furniture. Only 15 minutes drive to Hua Hin Beach.

The project here is a private pool villa. It is luxurious and designed in a contemporary style. In addition to being luxurious from the outside, the inside is also very attractive. The decoration is very modern, and it is a great value for the price paid because you are not only just buying a house, but it completes with several facilities such as a clubhouse, a fitness center, and a private pool. The project is just newly completed; therefore, there are no other repair problems. I am very impressed with the house here, and my children are happy to be here too. The only downside is that you need to use a private car to go to various places as it is more convenient and there is also no public transport here at all.

A beautiful villa is perfectly gated and provides a high level of privacy. The villa has a garden, a large swimming pool, and a spacious space for kids to run and play around safely. There are complete in-villa facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a pool view. All areas are clean, pleasant, and an excellent security system. Anyway, it is far from Hin Town and recommending to use a private car would be better. Overall, it is a relaxing villa as it is far from the bustling area and nestled in a tranquil atmosphere. Such a quality villa and reasonable price !!

My husband and I live in the beautiful Falcon Hill Luxury Pool Villas The villa that I bought with my husband is very spacious, and the area around the villa can accommodate pets. There is a gated fence, so the kids can play and run around safely. It also has a large garden and a private swimming pool. The villa interior is decorated with various beautiful decorations, modern and quality furniture. The living area is impressive, and there is a modern kitchen provided as well. My husband and I are happy to stay here, as it is worth the price. The project is also located in the excellent location of Nong Kae and close to Hua Hin Town, conveniently travel.
