I am really interested in this project because it has a convenient location, easy to get into the town, close to our son's school and The Mall Bangkae, but there is a bit of traffic jam during rush hour. The project's entrance is easily accessible from the main road. There is a security guard in front of the project, and there are also various facilities within the project, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, etc. Everything is still in excellent condition. I am interested in a 4-bedroom house with 2 floors because the bedrooms and a living area are very spacious. I believe it is worth buying this house because I can live in a big house near the city with a high level of privacy even though I think the house price is quite high. Moreover, each house has a large car park. It is suitable for families who own more than one car like us.
