The development is in great location in Soi 88 - all a bit run down tho. Still a good deal as the houses are very spacious

My wife and I love Hua Hin because it is such a quiet tourist attraction. We decided to look for a house close to Hua Hin Town because it is conveniently accessible and easily buy something. Until I found this villa, it's very tranquil because it was surrounded by private houses and villas. Fortunately, I loved this style and decided to buy it. It was 3 bedrooms with a private pool. The villa's construction was also strong and durable, including flooring, painting, and ceilings. All of the construction materials are affordable and reasonable. In general, I was okay, and it's the same as the open project: we have to pay attention to our safety. As I've been here for 3 years, there are no non-residents coming in and out.
