I just viewed this project. It is in an excellent location, quiet and pleasant. Very close to Layan Beach and not far from Boat Avenue as well. It is around the Cherngtalay area where you can find many restaurants and shops. Very convenient! There are CCTVs and a security guard, which give me peace of mind. All the villas have the same design, two floors, with 3-4 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower. The living space inside the house is spacious and well-proportioned. There is built-in furniture, beautifully decorated. It's suitable for living as a family or for business. Perfect project!
