The style of villas here are so unique, ranging from 3-4 bedrooms. The walls are replaced by full-frame glass for the view outside without any obstructions. The house decorated with wooden materials comes with a fully-equipped western style kitchen. There is an infinity pool outside the villa along with the seating area; it looks very charming. Besides a sky terrace, you can chill and enjoy the atmosphere. There is only 4 units in this project, which is really private. It is considered one of the villas that will be fascinating in this Bophut location.

I just viewed the sale gallery of this villa. The project's design is stunning in a modern style that blends perfectly with wooden furniture. Within the villa, there is a suitable proportion of space. Outside the house, there is a swimming pool. It also has an open space for dining and terraces. Also, the location on the hill of Chaweng allows you to see the Samui sea view from the villa. If the property is complete, I think this will be an exciting project.

The design of the villas is awesome, beautiful, and unique. The project has focused on wooden decoration, giving a warm feeling. The ceiling is high, airy, and open. Plus, the number of units is limited to 4 units only, offering maximum privacy for residents. There are 4-bedrooms and top-class furniture that the project has been carefully selected. There is a private swimming pool and 2 car parking spaces. The project is currently under construction, so excited.

It's a new villa project with a very modern construction style. As I have looked at a showroom of this villa, I was interested in the design and materials the project chose to build. The house structure looks comfortable, uses simple colors, and wood to decorate the villa more in harmony with nature. It is very beneficial for the residents as it gives a feeling of relaxation. This villa is attractive with many elements, whether the location is surrounded by nature, a home style that looks quiet, and an extensive land area. I have visited Istani Samui Villas and love it because it is quite peaceful, private, and close to nature, experiencing the panoramic view sea view. The project is currently under construction. I have looked at the showroom from the project sales gallery; its design is very beautiful. It is designed in a modern style and is environmentally friendly as well. It is a perfect project in my opinion. The villa is located a short distance from all amenities. It can be accessed very conveniently, such as restaurants and shopping malls within 10 minutes. Airports, schools, and hospitals are 10 minutes away. The facilities within the project are complete and modern. It is such a good match for living in the future, such as a fully equipped western kitchen, a large private swimming pool, and personal zone use such as a living area and dining area. I am impressed with the environment here. Besides, the villa had enough space for me to have a cute dog to run around in the villa.
