I rented in this project for two years and enjoyed my time here. The villas are located hillside with views over kamala (top levels have a good seaview. Villas are a good layout with the master bedroom, living room/ktichen and pool/outdoor area all on the top level. Great for entertaining or having people stay with you. Maitenance and upkeep of the outside of the villa was tough being in the humid jungle. Have to power wash twice a year which leads to having to paint every few years as well. Easy access to Patong and close enough to Kamala that is is easy to pop into town but far enough away that it is totaly peaceful and quite. Great spot!

I have stayed at 2 different villas in this development for over 2 years. The development consists of around 10 villas on 2 levels. Its amazingly quiet and relaxing, and you get almost zero noise from the main part of Kamala. Each villa has a private pool, and all have good partial or full sea views. Really feels like a mix of jungle and beach. Some of the villas are not as maintained as you would like, but overall a good project to live in.

Big pool villa that is suitable for living with a family. The villa's location is serene, surrounded by lush jungle, with a sea view of Kamala Beach. The villas offer privacy and tranquility; you can only hear birds' songs, insects, and water flowing from the pool. The house is spacious, with 3-bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The interior design is modern. There is a spacious fully-equipped kitchen. The use of white color makes the house look brighter. The staff has a service mind because I didn't know much about the area when I first came, and I asked a lot. They are always pleased to help. Also, they volunteer to buy something for us when we couldn't find it. The location allows convenient transportation to Kamala Beach, only 2 minutes and not far from Patong Beach, the nightlife hub. You just have to cross the mountain. And I strongly recommend you rent a motorbike or car because it will be inconvenient without a car. The project is located in a deep alley without any public bus passed by. You have to hire a taxi to get there.
