I've moved into the project, and I can say it's worth paying. The house I bought has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The plot size is spacious, with a shady garden around the house. The indoor space is divided into a good proportion and decorated with a full range of furniture, including air conditioners, sofas, a dining set, and many more. Inside the project, there are a tennis court, clubhouse, municipal park, and security guards. Living here really gives me peace of mind.

Me and my family lived on the Moo Baan for 5 years with our kids. Regularly cycled around on the streets, beautiful green and peaceful environment. The restaurant on site is lovely to relax at during the day by the lake. Everybody leaves you in peace here, unlike some other communities with the houses all bunched together.

Our family has lived in this village for many years. It is the first home that decided to buy because the area of ​​the village is spacious. There is a large common area, a park, a tennis court, and a perfect clubhouse because children need space to run and play. Also, there are recreational activities where we can organize activities for our children happy without going out to the busy city on vacation. We can use the village's common areas to create this sense of warmth, excellent security system with cute guards. When coming home late, he always opens the door in front of the village. Its location is very easy and comfortable to enter Chiang Mai. It is about 15 kilometers away from the village, and takes a short time to find the department store's convenience and cafes. I have rented a single house in this village for almost 2 years now. It may be a bit far from the city, but it is not difficult to travel in a private car. It takes about 15 minutes to travel to Chiang Mai Airport and Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport when the traffic is not jam. The house that I rent is a one-story house. The interior is neat and ready. I am quite satisfied because the master plan is not cramped, and the area around the house is quite spacious. Although the project is quite outdated, the common area - a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a park, is a bit deteriorated, they still work.

I would say that this is our dream home. The house we bought has four bedrooms. The living area is spacious, so it’s suitable for living in a large family. The interior design is simple, which is what I like. There is a small garden in front of the house that looks shady, so there is a small space for our dogs to run. This neighborhood is surrounded by a community, where there are many small shops and not far from the main road. Our house is a 2-story detached house comprising 3 bedrooms, suitable for a large family. The interior is spacious and proportionate. There are also 2 car parking spaces. I love the village as it is quiet, and the neighbor is super friendly. There are both Thais and foreigners. The environment is perfect !! . Driving into town takes only about 15-20 minutes, the house here is considered worth the money !!
