The estate is very secure with security at the front entrance 24/7. The areas are full of natural rocks with so many trees and plants making it feel like a gem in the jungle. The new estate roads made it easy to drive around and get to the house that we stayed too. The central common pool was lovely and also had a spectacular sea view. The properties are more traditional which we loved at it felt much more like we were on an island away from things. It was only a 10 minute drive from many shops and places to eat too so this was no issue at all.

I bought a very luxurious villa as a family vacation home in Koh Samui because I love the privacy. Also, it is convenient to access everywhere and not far from shops and restaurants where it is only a few minutes away. Besides, the villas are nestled on the hillside, experiencing the beautiful sunset and sunrise every day, not bored. My family loved this villa so much, and my children are happy because there is a private swimming pool that can be enjoyed along with the expansive sea view. I bought this villa since it hasn't been built yet, and I bought only vacant land to build a 4-bedroom with 5 bathrooms villa that matches a large family. Here it is very secure because there is a 24-hour security system with CCTV, electricity, water, and internet access. Although the project road is small, it's not a big problem as there are not many cars driving around. The downside here will be many mosquitoes or small animals in the evening. The windows must be closed completely. However, the atmosphere is very nice in the daytime and shady, surrounded by forest trees. It should be missing out here for those who want to have a luxurious place for a vacation home.
