Recently stayed at Verano with a friend and was just blown away by the standard of villa and the sea view ! Wow its just stunning and the pool view and decor were just divine. We really enjoyed the stay and its perfect location just 5 minutes away from the Chaweng area nightlife,

Absolutely stunning views from every room in the villa, but especially from the amazing deck and infinity pool. Massive kitchen / dining / living area (also, a pool table!). Modern kitchen, great finishings everywhere you look. Definitely a high standard of building. Every bedroom has an ensuite, as well. Just up the hill from the ring road and a quick trip to Lamai or Chaweng, with everything we need.
The bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, extremely spacious and clean.

My husband and I recently moved to do a business, and I think I will live here forever. Therefore, I decided to buy a house here as the project here is okay. I love it because it has 4 bedrooms and all with en-suite bathrooms, very convenient. It is also clean. All pieces of furniture are new and are a premium quality grade. The utilities are considered okay even though it is located on a hill, and there are no problems with running water or any other issues. The most special thing is that every bedroom has a spacious balcony, where you can see the Koh Samui view in the morning waking up. It's wonderful!!

I have been to this villa with my family. The villa has 3 floors with a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has complete kitchenware. The villa comes with a pool and a poolside area, which is a recreation space for my family. The villa is very modern facing the sea view, so I could enjoy the view of Samui and Chaweng Beach from 360 degrees. Nothing could be compared to waking up to the view and sleeping under the charm of the night sky. The villa is up on the hill of Chaweng Noi Beach, not on the main road. The area is not crowded and private, not far from the main road and Tesco. You can buy food and ingredients for the villa, just a few minute's drive. The facilities include a pool, garden, playground, and parking space, but not a gym. You have to drive to a nearby place for exercise. The service is nice; the staff is helpful, the security is strict. You have to use a key card to pass the barrier gate, and the guards are on the shift for 24 hours. I would be back here again if I have a chance.
