Nice, tight-knit community with friendly neighbours, but private pools and gardens. The villas are fairly modern, but could perhaps use a brighter paint job and some more stylish furnishings. Lots of potential, plus a short 2-minute drive to Fishermans' Village and all of the best food in the area. 5 minutes to the airport doesn't hurt either!
