3 Bedroom Villa for sale at Grove Residences

I rented this place for a vacation with a group of friends. Then, I was very impressed because this pool villa has a long swimming pool to party and swim. The house used well-selected furniture in a Balinese and Thai style. This gives us a touch of Asian. Also, the village is quite private, not crowded, and the neighbors are very friendly. Most of them are foreigners. Moreover, it is just a few kilometers away from Black Mountain Golf Club, which is very convenient and suits my lifestyle and golf lovers. To visit Grove Residences, it is not difficult at all. It may be a bit far from Hua Hin town, but it won't be difficult if you have your car. Only 2 hours away from Bangkok. We can go to Bangkok in the morning and go back to Hua Hin in the evening; it can be done in one day.

I rented a villa here with my son and wife because the project's location is excellent. It is very convenient to give my son a lift at Hua Hin International School within only 5 minutes. Besides, it is close to Black Mountain Golf Club and Black Mountain Water Park that is very favorable to our family. We often spend our holidays in these places, so great! The project itself is definitely safe because the staff takes charge for 24 hours. It's private, quiet, suitable for living. Our villa is a spacious two-bedroom type with a private garden and a large swimming pool that we spend time doing activities together at home. The rental price is reasonable, not expensive at all. I would like to recommend Grove Residences to everyone. I love it.

The villa is spacious and clean, good location, not too far from the city center. It is relatively quiet. If you want to get into town, you have to take shuttle buses that leave hourly or call a taxi. Everyone is lovely here, and the room amenities are great. Other than that, everything is fine. It is a private pool villa, suitable for relaxation with family because there is a spacious area for children to play and run around. The atmosphere is so good and provides high privacy. There are not many people, and the project is pleasant. It is also close to Hua Hin International School, only 10 minutes there. It makes everyday life easier and more comfortable. The price is called as worth the price paid and suits me well. I was never disappointed to buy it here.

Nice pool villa with a very long private pool, suitable for swimming and doing exercise. The design is modern both inside and outside. There are 3 bedrooms and a large lawn area around the house. It's decorated with good and durable materials. Lovely neighbors, most of them are foreigners whom I usually meet for golf at Black Mountain.

The villas are of the highest quality. The building and the furniture are very good grades. The house features a swimming pool and a garden for many activities. My wife plants a kitchen garden in the back of the house. It also has a large enough area for parties. It is a quiet house. Most of the neighbors are Europeans, and some people buy it as a vacation home. They stay for a long time because they are retired. It's calm and safe, but I think it's too far from the market and Hua Hin Town. There are restaurants and convenience stores about 2 kilometers away !!
