Suitable for a large family.

The villas here are suitable for a large family because the project ranges from various bedroom types to 4 bedrooms and can directly open onto the outdoor area, wonderful! The villa comprises a swimming pool and a party area as well. My impression is that the kitchen is really elegant and we can cook our own meals. There are many fresh markets and seafood in the neighborhood. Also, I don't worry about safety as there are CCTV cameras and 24-hour security guards.

If anyone is looking for a villa, I recommend Botanica The Residence Phase 4. The villa is very beautiful inside, using standard materials with an elegant design. The project decorations are unique, and in-villa facilities are ready to move in. I like the villa's cares that are designed for every area to be usable like home. I am not disappointed that I have bought this villa. It's a family vacation rental villa ever.

Elegance and beautiful project. The atmosphere is quiet and isolated. And even more exclusive with only 16 villa units, the 3-bedroom villas feature a spacious area of ​​the house. With a large house space, high ceilings make the house open and airy. There is a large outdoor pool in the middle of the house. The interior is beautifully decorated with teak wood and imported furniture products. There is a strict security system with CCTV cameras. Throughout the neighboring villages, most of them live with a family. Easy access to many routes. Just a few drives to Boat Avenue or Laguna Complex. Everything is perfect! Unfortunately, the project tends to fix the problems of the residents a bit late.
The villa has a private pool. There is a housekeeper to clean it every day.

It was one month that my family and I stayed in this villa and were very impressed. This villa is very suitable for our large family. The villa interior is spacious, quiet, and private. The villa contains a swimming pool, bedrooms, kitchen, garden, and a living area, which all are decorated with modern furniture. There will be a housemaid to clean the villa every day. The villa is always in nice condition. Moreover, it is close to Bang Tao Beach and Laguna Beach. It is also easily accessible to various places, and we have a private car. I can also easily find international restaurants to eat at because the project is located in the tourist zone, surrounded by many facilities to choose from.
