The land plot is spacious.

The land plot is spacious, about 120 square meters. The house's condition is not poor or cracked. The house is dirty, so I will have to clean it up. The 4 bedrooms are spacious. I think the project is quite safe, with CCTV and security guards working 24 hours a day. The atmosphere around is quiet and pleasant for living. Not far from amenities and many tourist attractions such as Wat Phra That Doi Kham and Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.
