If you are looking for an affordable villa which can accommodate many people, I will recommend it here. I used to stay here several times. The price is not high, and it is very quality. There are 3 bedrooms fully furnished. There is a private pool, a BBQ grilled area, and relaxing spots to rest or enjoy activities comfortably, either with your family or friends.

It is a luxurious and modern villa. The project area is surrounded by lush green forest and areas with a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. The villa is beautifully designed that comes with premium structure materials. The interior is spacious, with a private pool. You can relax anytime you want. The location is also far from the main road, making this area is tranquil and no noises bothering, ideal for the family who loves privacy. In general, it is a good and interesting villa. If I have a chance, I will visit here with my family.

A house in a quiet atmosphere as it is surrounded by mountain ranges. The view is stunning and comforting. Located near Phuket Country Club Golf Range and excellent restaurants, the project also has complete facilities such as restaurants, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a clubhouse, a Jacuzzi. The house design is luxurious with ample living space, many bedrooms, and fine furniture. Such an inviting project, but the price is just too high.

It's another villa in an ideal location near Kata Beach. The villa I stayed in has 3 bedrooms with a spacious living area. Most of the furniture pieces are made of wood, making it's not only fabulous but also durable. The outdoor area also has a pavilion and swimming pool to enjoy the stunning sea view. Do not worry about safety as the security system here is very strict. Unfortunately, this project may be a bit far from the airport. If traveling by car, it might take almost an hour. Other than that, I didn't find any problems. I like it here.

A unique, beautiful, and charming villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it's a big villa with almost 600 sq.m and fully furnished both bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa is facing a vast Kata Beach view and close to Kata Beach within easy walking distance.
It's the perfect place for our staycation.

This pool villa is so spacious with various rooms, suitable for living as a family. The design of it is great. The high ceilings make the entire space look dignified and airy. The atmosphere is quite calm as it’s far from the main road, so it isn’t noisy. The facilities include a tennis court and restaurants, and a clubhouse. I can tell you, and this is the perfect place for our staycation.

The big pool villa with beautiful and modern design. The high house ceiling makes the space open and airy. The villa is spacious and suitable for living as a large family. There are a swimming pool and a relaxation area. The atmosphere is pleasant to live in - quiet and shady. Plus, the noisy traffic is quite far from the project so you can take a full rest, very impressive!

A wonderful place to stay in Kata Beach. This 3-bedroom boutique villa is decorated with wooden furniture, giving a warming atmosphere, very livable! The high ceiling makes the entire space look more spacious. There is a swimming pool, and a sala by the pool to relax in the evening. Our kids love to swim a lot, never want to leave. The view is also breathtaking. I would recommend it if anyone wants to have a special time with family. Stay here!
