This project is very peaceful and highly private. It's a perfect vacation home that I can get away from winter in my homeland every year. The project is in a residential area. No tall buildings surrounding, so there is nothing to block the view at all. There is a large pond in front of the project making me feel like staying in a resort. The service is just GREAT! The staff helps me with everything, and the maids are also friendly. I live with my wife in a 2-bedroom unit, which is very spacious and fully-furnished like a single-detached home. It's well-decorated, airy, and clean. The balcony is huge. I love it a lot even though the project is far from the beach. Plus, there is no local amenity within walking distance. But if you drive a little further, you can find everything you want there, such as shopping centers, supermarkets, international restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach.
