The atmosphere is calm, perfect for relaxing. My wife and I have lived here for two months, and it was a very special time for us. The project comes with good facilities such as a pool, parking, and 24-hour security guards made me feel comfortable. The exterior of the building looks old, but the interior is very well maintained. The room is fully furnished with Thai-style wooden furniture. It is gorgeous. The rental price is reasonable, not too high, and it is in a good location near Patong Beach. It only takes 5 minutes to get there.

It is a quiet place away from the crowds and comes with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a garden, and a car park. Although the building is a bit old, our family is very satisfied with this place. The entrance is quite obvious to find Soi Nanai. If you want to travel to Patong Beach, it's only 5 minutes away. The receptionist can communicate very well, and most of the people living here are foreigners.
