Laguna is serviced by free shuttle-buses and boats, reflecting the presence of several coastal and inland lagoons. The location is less than 30 minutes from the international airport and is residential, but with easy access to all the other attractions that bring in international visitors. These include white-sand beaches, fresh clean air, and 5-star facilities and retail outlets. The property is within a quiet section of a gated community with no through-traffic, but continuous security. Neighbours hail from France, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Russia with their school-age children attending several of the island's high-quality international schools. We have two children attending the excellent British International School which is just 30 minutes away. However we are moving to Portugal, and would prefer to first sell the property. The villa has been continuously occupied since completion, is in very good condition, and is competitively priced at Baht 32.5 million. Laguna, setting Laguna is Phuket’s premiere 5-star development and is sited on the island’s north-west coast and its immediate hinterland. The development was constructed, and is well-managed, by Laguna a company that has been publicly-listed since 1993, and which can provide all forms of home maintenance and land-scaping etc., thereby facilitating a trouble-free occupation. With the large number of foreigners residing in the immediate area, it is well-served with supermarkets stocking high-quality produce suitable for all cuisines together with multiple restaurants. High-end retail outlets are a short distance away. Thailand has proven to be low-risk destination in this Covid-19 related era, with Phuket and the country as a whole enjoying excellent medical care. The international airport is approximately 30 minutes distant along a quiet coastal road Laguna Village The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac hosting a large grassed play-area which is popular with the international families that occupy the fronting villas. A horse-shoe shaped lake partially encircles the “village”, and the villa backs onto it. More than fifty bird species have been identified on the lake, and a large otter was also seen on several occasions last year. The development is only ten years old, and has benefited from being approximately the third-generation of villa construction by Laguna. Villa The villa occupies an area of 1,257 square metres, providing 604 square metres of living space over two floors, meaning there is a sizeable front lawn, and an extensive grassed area surrounding the pool. A title deed (chanote) has been issued, so whilst the land is currently leasehold, a Thai citizen can secure it as freehold. Laguna describe the property as "A superb two-storey property of classic proportions. Villa Banburi is designed in an elegant contemporary style that makes masterful use of Thai architectural details. Thus the two-tiered roof has a wide overhang to give shade, while floor-to-ceiling windows encourage natural light and maximise open views in a away that echoes traditional tropical living." Whilst advertised as having four bedrooms, a fifth is represented by the maid's quarters. The villa has been completely re-painted externally twice, with the last instance being during the 2020 dry season; the interior was re-painted in August 2020. An additional Baht 1.5 million has been spent on upgrades including an external laundry / bike storage area, and modifications to the ground-floor including a panel for the flat-screen TV and tri-fold doors to enclose the study when desired. The property has a 200Mbps fibre-optic connection right into the study area, and which can be upgraded to 1Gbps. There also are two direct-dial phone lines. The villa is oriented east-west and therefore is relatively cool as direct sunlight is received by the insulated roof. Peaceful and spacious villa close to the beach

Nice villa, the pool is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Great place suitable for children and families. I like everything at Angsana Villa as all the staff is very nice, especially the receptionist. There was a warm smile that warmly welcomed my family and me. Inside the room that I have rented is 3 bedrooms with a private pool. It is beautifully decorated and warm, giving the feeling of Thai style. Very relaxing! The villa is extensive, comfortable, and complete. The service is also excellent. Angsana Villas is quite secluded and close to the beach as well just 4 kilometers away. My children can safely walk to the sandy beach. Besides, the project is not far from shops, restaurants, or department stores. It can travel to shops conveniently. This project is an environment of high quality and non-crowded people. So, don't worry at all, be able to relax fully.
