The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.

It is a beautiful pool villa project in a natural atmosphere and a romantic view as every unit is facing the ocean. The price is not high for a minimum of 400 sq.m pool villas, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms with a private infinity-edge pool and outdoor space. The villa is elegantly decorated with relatively wide usable space divided into the right proportion. This project provided excellent facilities. Only 10 units are available. More importantly, the location is near Bophut beach, which I think it's a very worthy investment.

I had a chance to visit the sales gallery. I found this place to be a very interesting project. What I like about it is that the design is very luxurious and modern. Furniture decoration and space design is perfect. Besides, there is a spacious infinity swimming pool. The two types of villas are 3 and 4 bedrooms, so it is suitable for families. Also, it isn’t far from Bophut Beach, just 8 minutes drive. Overall, it’s great for living and investment.

This is another interesting luxurious project in Koh Samui because the villa is located on a hill, facing the east to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and forest. You can watch the sunrise in the morning as well. I visited the sale gallery and was very impressed with the design because it is a modern style that perfectly combines with Thai cultures. The furniture, the interior, and space allocation is perfectly fitted and looks so warm.

If anyone is looking for a luxury private villa, it is a new villa because it is under construction. However, you can visit the showroom, or you can ask for details from the project staff. I am interested and have already gone to see the project. It is very impressive with a modern luxury project design, suitable for a vacation home for relaxing because the atmosphere is good, beautiful view and shady with the green area around the project. The villa interior is adorned with premium and modern furniture. I'm sure that everyone will like the design here. The villa is also fully equipped with amenities such as a luxury European kitchen, reception hall, outdoor area, and a large infinity pool. Besides, if you want to go to the beach, the nearest beach is Bophut Beach, only 8 minutes drive by car. It matches my needs and is very private.

From the fact that I have studied and visited this neighborhood, I think it's worth investing in. The design can be called quite luxurious. The view from the project can see Koh Samui and the natural forest area in full capacity. Right now, I don't know for sure if it's completed yet and will look like the picture on the website or not. Anyway, the location is considered okay, not far from shopping centers and the price is worth investing !!!

Amazing house! Beautiful designed and very luxurious decoration. The project is still under construction but going to be a dream house for everyone. The project is on the hill, which is quiet and high privacy. And there are just only 10 units in the project. The house is huge and spacious inside; the decoration is great and uses all the top brand materials. The important thing is you can admire the stunning sunset view from the house. There is a big infinity-edge swimming pool as well. It will be a valuable house in the future for sure. Can’t wait to move in!
