Studio rooms at this condo are pocket-friendly, less than a million baht, but it’s well decorated and fully furnished. Though the project looks a bit old because it has been built for many years and has a few facilities, the atmosphere is good and quiet, and the security guards are responsible. Better than anything else, it would be shopping centers, such as CentralPlaza Lat Phrao and Tesco Lotus and its proximity to Phahonyothin 24 BTS
