New condo, very good environment

It is a newly completed condo, and I am the resident here. I chose to buy the studio room since the project hasn't been completed yet because I decided to live in Hua Hin. The location is so good, able to take a walk to the beach. The surrounding is also pleasant, and the neighbors are lovely. Moreover, the staff condo serves impressive services. The parking spaces are also sufficient for the residents' numbers. I honestly love this condo. It's worth it and not disappointed to choose here.

It is a new condo with friendly and helpful staff. I recommend investing here because it is good and close to Hua Hin Beach and the atmosphere. If you buy it or rent it out, it is very worthwhile. It is also surrounded by shops, convenience stores, or other convenient places such as Market Village Market Hua Hin, great value! I went to visit the project already and reserved a 1 bedroom.
Great location, easy to find foods

A beautiful project conveniently located in Soi 102, which has a lot of restaurants. It is also close to the Bluport mall. Modernly decorated with all necessary equipment. The furniture has a medium quality standard, but we can have a better choice for an extra payment. Overall, it's nice to live in, and the price is affordable.

I just went to see the mock-up room recently. It's one of the interesting projects in Huahin. The room I visited is a one-bedroom unit, which is well-proportioned. The design is in a typical-condo style, which is simple but functional. The balcony is large enough, so I imagine myself sitting and have a sip of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the bedroom is empty, so you need to buy your own bedding and a lamp. There is a fitness center and a large swimming pool within the project. I'm pretty sure that within a few months, I will be healthier. There is a garden around the project, making it looks shady. The location is excellent as it's not far from Blue Port, Tesco, and Big C. It's also a good idea for investment as the price is likely to go up every year. For me, I can't wait to buy and move in.
