The condo is very convenient for travel because they can access many places in Chiang Mai, and it takes only a few minutes. The project is well-managed, and it's great they have a 24-hour security system. My friend and I have rented this condo for several weeks. It's a studio which is the fitted size for two people to live in. The room is well-organized and equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a relaxing area. One more thing to mention is that neighbors are lovely and friendly. I haven't had any problems so far.
