It is a very luxurious project right next to Mai Khao beach overlooking the sea. The atmosphere is good and very relaxing. The bedroom is also very spacious—especially the studio room with more than 40 sq m. It was decorated with luxurious furniture as well. At the same time, there are facilities within the project like a 5-star hotel, including the fitness, bar, swimming pool, restaurant, receptionists, and security services. The price is definitely perfect for investment because there is a guaranteed return and many other privileges.

Next to Mai Khao beach, a beautiful and quiet beach. Not crowded with people, suitable for people who like privacy. Great designed condo. There is a swimming pool and a patio for sunset and sea views; it is very romantic. The studio rooms of this project are also larger than those of many projects. It is at approximately 40 sq.m and divided into proportions, fully furnished. The price is pretty high.
