This project is huge and fantastic since the first step of visiting. It's suitable for vacation, especially for a family with children because the project provides a large recreation area such as an enormous swimming pool, a Go-Kart track, the beach, and a treehouse in the project. For the parents, there are other activities available as well. It's convenient that there are shops and restaurants. The property is so eye-catching with a tropical resort design, surrounded by nature. The room is so small, tidy, and clean, yet the room facilities are complete. There is a huge bed, and the hot water system is really good. Nice and quiet location away from downtown, but you can walk to the convenience stores in 5 minutes. Oh, the price is affordable too!

A business district surrounded by convenience makes life colorful. The interior is designed with charming and modern decoration. I bought 2 bedrooms. It is perfectly arranged, and the materials used for decoration are of good quality and match the price. Many facilities facilitate daily life, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and 24 hours of security systems. The condo is also near the BTS. Therefore, it's very easy to travel and convenient. Also surrounded every amenity, such as restaurants, shopping malls, tourist attractions, or various hangout sources, you don't have to worry about it going to be troublesome. It is considered a golden location and suitable for investment as well. And one more thing, the staff are friendly, and the service is good.

My wife and I moved here for 2 years, and I bought a 1 bedroom condo with fully furnished. I've been renting here for three months now. The location is excellent as it's not far from the city center. It takes only a few mins to Central Festival. Plus, it takes only 5-10 mins walking to Walking Street, where you can find many pubs and bars. This condo is in a tropical style that makes me feel so relaxed, like staying in a nice resort. On weekends, I usually go swimming or to the gym. The staff here always take good care of the common area; it's clean and fully equipped. Only a minor problem is the elevators are not enough for all residents. Sometimes, it wasted my time waiting to use it. The room I stay in is a 2-bedroom room on the 35th floor. It's well-decorated and well-proportioned. The view from my room is so lovely. I can see the sea view and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condo in both location and the condo.

My family and I have lived here for four years now. Overall, it is impressive. The room that we stay in is 3-Bedroom. It is very spacious and fully-furnished. The owner provided everything we wanted in the room, including kitchenware, washing machine, TV, and microwave, so it saved our time from shopping. We also like that this condo is pet-friendly, so they allow us to have our dog here. It is such a relief! Earlier, we stayed in a detached house with a large area so we could have a dog. When we needed to relocate, we were worried about our dog so much. We would say we were so lucky finding this place as there are not many pet-friendly condos. The facilities here suit our needs, such as the gym, swimming pool, and elevators. The buildings and equipment in the condo don’t look brand new, but they work normally. They are well-maintained. The location is excellent. It’s in the heart of the city, so it’s pretty easy to get around. It’s also located nearby shops and restaurants. I haven’t regretted choosing here at all. By the way, it is a good idea if you buy this condo for renting out. I’m pretty sure you can find potential tenants because there are many foreigners in the area.

My room was on the 23rd floor, facing the endlessly stunning sea view of Pattaya. I stayed here for 7 days, so I rented a studio room. It was so clean, beautiful, affordable, and safe. The facilities is complete; there are a bar, a clubhouse, and a gym. The staff is so helpful to me, so impressed! The location is excellent in the city center and tourist attractions; it is crowded day and night. Love it. What is more, the condo is just door to Central Pattaya, just a few minutes walk. I barely used a car to nearby places because it would be difficult to find parking. So, I walked or took public transport to save my time for shopping. Personally, I'm okay with the place in many ways. If you are looking for any place to stay in Pattaya's city, I would recommend it here, extra convenient!
