The project is close to the main road. The surrounding area is crowded, but the project atmosphere is very calm and private. There are a large swimming pool and a seating area around where the residents can sit and relax. The condo is shady, but I think the gym is too small and the exercise machines are quite old and very limited. Also, the staff is helpful. The project location is situated in a bustling location wealth of restaurants. There is a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven near the condo. Yet, traveling is also convenient, near the important landmarks such as Jomtien Beach, Pratumnak Viewpoint, and only 2 kilometers close to South Pattaya.
I live in a corner room in the building, which has the most beautiful view. I can see the city at 180 degrees through a tall floor-to-ceiling window. I can also see the Maha Nakhon project, which is the tallest building in Thailand. There are a swimming pool and parking space. Location is easy to travel, near North Sathorn Road. Only 850 meters from Chong Nonsi BTS. This neighborhood is full of restaurants, easy to find food.
I look for many condos in Phuket for investment. The day before, I had the opportunity to know more information on this project. This is a project under construction in the Laguna zone. There are three buildings, and each of the buildings provides a different view. The buildings that we are interested in offers views of the golf course and the river. Within the project, there is a convenience store. There are a garden and a rooftop swimming pool. Lawn area for yoga and BBQ area And should be completed in 2021 as scheduled. Unfortunately, the room size is quite small if compared to other condominiums.
I've stayed here for more than a year now. I'm impressed with everything here, especially the location because the Surin Beach is within walking distance. If you drive for a bit, it will be Kamala Beach or Bang Tao Beach. It is very pleasing to sea lovers like me. There are many restaurants in the area, both Thai and Western food. There are various types of room to choose from, such as 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and duplex. The room that I stay in is 1-bedroom. It's not that large but very functional. The room is fully-furnished, so it's ready to move in. The facilities here include a fitness center and a swimming pool. The staff is hospitable. Most of them can speak English very well, so there are no worries about the language barrier. For everything in the project, it is considered very satisfactory. There is only a minor problem with transportation. It might not be easy if you don't have a car, so I would recommend you to rent one.
I've stayed here for a month and rented a studio room. The room is provided with many facilities. There is a large outdoor area in the center of the condo with various sunbeds on the ground floor, where I can do sunbathing. It's super convenient. Although the condo looks old, the lobby hall still looks good, and the rental price is acceptable. The location is considered potential, close to Patong Beach, and easily accessible. Moreover, it is close to many restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. It is very convenient to go everywhere, and it is the best condo for those who want an acceptable priced condo.
I bought the room at Maru Ekkamai 2 because I have 3 cats. Actually, pets are not allowed to bring and raise in the condo. However, here it allows and has pet friendly by providing a lot of space for pets. I think I am okay, and I'm sure that pet lovers are also happy to hear that.
I had a chance to inspect the showroom. The interior is very spacious, open, and airy. The ceiling is 5.5 meters-high to the floor. There is a slide glass window to close and open for gaining the fresh air outside. There is also the balcony overlooking the stunning city view. Frankly, it is high and spacious compared to the normal houses. The project provides modern furniture, and all are made from wood, giving a sense of classic and chic at the same time. Every room is proportionated into zones, and there is a space for pets as well.
The common area is also remarkable as the interior. There is a full range of facilities provided, including parking spaces, auto parking spaces, 3 passenger lifts, and 1 service lift. Overall, it is relatively okay. Besides, many facilities are located on 1st, 28th, 31st, 32nd, and rooftop floors. I love swimming on the 31st floor because I can experience with the Bangkok city view while swimming. Also, every facility on the rooftop is impressed me, such as the rooftop garden, kid's playground, BBQ grill area, and stargazing room. I can have fun with various activities provided by the project staff team.
Finally, I confidently bought this condo because something is interesting more than pets friendly. It is because it is 450 meters close to Ekkamai BTS Station or 5 minutes walking. I'm sure that the price will continuously be increased shortly because many foreigners are renting the property here.
The only advantage of this hotel resort is really the size of the studios and the facilities like the swimming pool and the well-equipped gym. But the location it is not great, kinda remote area so you really need a bike or car to go anywhere.
My room is on the 6th floor and has a great view, sighted scenery of the pool and garden in the area. This is the same chain as a hotel, so it has complete facilities, whether it is a restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool, and a shuttle bus to the beach. The rooms are fully-furnished. The service staff is very good, and I can request the housekeeping service anytime. However, there are many customers during the high season taking the services, so there is no private space, and it's quite busy. Fitness equipment is relatively few and sometimes not enough for the users. Overall, I think it's worth the price paid. The condo isn't far from the market and Jungceylon shopping mall. It is only about 2 kilometers from Patong Beach.
Staying in this place is so perfect. The staff is so attentive. The room I stayed in is a one-bedroom unit. It’s spacious, and the design is not very luxurious, but fully furnished and well-allocated. My room is on the 11th floor. From the room, I can see a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The security system is quite reliable. Most of the neighbors are expats. This place is not in the city center. Therefore, it is pretty quiet, and people are not crowded. This place is close to Chang Puak Gate and the market, very convenient.
A ready-to-move-in condominium in modern style, decorated with high-quality furniture. It saves my time to buy furniture; just move in with my luggage. There are not many types of rooms you can choose from; there are only studio rooms to 2 bedrooms. I don't recommend you to live with a large family. My place is a 1-bedroom unit. It's perfect to live alone. The room is a good size, not too small or large. The layout is in exact proportions. The common area is well maintained. They are clean and functional. The facilities are okay, including Wi-Fi Internet, fitness center, sauna, elevator, garden, and rooftop swimming pool. Here is my favorite place. The security system here is good; there is a security guard 24 hours, and I have to use a key card to enter the building. I can feel safe here. The property area has convenience stores, restaurants, and department stores. I can get food at the Food Mart Supermarket within 5 minutes. The location of a condo is near Dongtan Beach and is on Pratumnak hill. As the area is not crowded, and the project's units are not cramped, the condo is absolutely perfect for living.
The project is literally a stone trow away from Pratumnak beach. A quite beach with less traffic. Pratumnak is easily to reach via the Thappraya road. Quality of the fixtures looks too cheap and not sustainable, but location wise its a good project. You need to invest in the interior if you would like to make it more liveable.
I used to stay in many condos, but I've never seen any swimming pool in any project as big as it is here. I really love it! My room is a studio type. It isn't very spacious, and there is no partition between the living room and bedroom. I think it's not well-proportioned. Overall, it's still okay. The project's location is close to Chiang Mai University, where there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It makes my daily life easier. Since I've moved here, I've never found any problem. Like it!
My boyfriend and I love it! It's a romantic place to stay and spend precious time with the people you love. What I like best is the Jacuzzi on our balcony because it is very beautiful and private. The service is excellent and conveniently located in front of Patong Beach near Bangla Road. It's only a few steps to go to many places in Patong such as, shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues at the famous and well-known Bangla Road. I love to hang out every night. Also, our accommodation is very close. You can walk back to your place, very comfortable. OMG! It's a really great condo in my mind, and many different room types are available to choose from at a very competitive price. I'd recommend The Charm as the luxurious condo option in Patong.

It is suitable for relaxation and as a second home because the atmosphere is quiet. Of course, it's worth the investment. It would attract a lot of attention from foreigners seeking a peaceful living for sure.
The room is quiet and peaceful because the property is not located on the main road and also away from downtown; it's suitable for relaxing. The rooms are available in various styles, starting from a studio room to 3 bedrooms, you can live alone or with family. The rooms are spacious and modern decoration with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.
It’s a serviced-apartment and part of the hotel. So I can use more facilities than a typical condo. There is a staff to help us 24 hours. The safety system is excellent as a well-known project. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a spacious balcony and a beautiful garden view. It has a spacious balcony and offers beautiful garden views. The kitchen is a small but fully equipped kitchen suitable only for 1-2 residents. However, additional services are quite expensive. The location around Laguna is uncrowded and private. The surrounding area is full of 5-star hotels and restaurants. I can exercise in the garden next to the project and go through the beach only 600 meters from Bang Tao Beach. The sea here is beautiful and quiet. The closest shopping destination is Porto de Phuket, 2km away from my room. I love it! It's a paradise and has lots of entertainment.

Kamala beach is just about 200 - 300 meters away and big C is also just around the corner. The units are a bit small but with big balconies and most units do have a sea view.
The only thing that was not that convenient was the steep entrance to the parking area but is one an issue if you drive by motorbikes.
But it is a nice project in a perfect location.
A lovely place. Just a few minutes from the beach and accessible in every way. It is near many amenities such as restaurants and convenience stores. The condo facilities include everything I need, such as a clean swimming pool, a standard fitness center, and a good security system.
Inside the studio room I rented, it is well-decorated, beautiful, and comfortable. The room was spacious enough to stay alone. If anyone wants to have a vacation here with family, I'd recommend choosing a larger room than mine.
I am satisfied with my stay at Pattaya Hill Resort. It is a great condo in the neighborhood of Naklua-Pattaya. I am happy to travel and have good memories while staying at the Pattaya Hill Resort. Next opportunity, I will come back to Pattaya Hill Resort again.
