Sansara Black Mountain in Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin

Sansara is located in the township of Hua Hin, renowned for its abundance of golf courses, fresh sea breezes, great food and an ever‐friendly expat and local scene. Set within the picturesque and expansive surroundings of one of Asia’s most prestigious golf courses, Sansara @ Black Mountain is a mix of luxury living and 5‐star service ideal for people looking to enjoy an active retirement or long stay vacation in Thailand.
Construction of the development is already underway with two exclusive apartment buildings of just 20 and 30 units respectively, as well as full hospitality facilities and infrastructure. Sales of Apartment Building A launched last year and was very well received; hence it is with great pleasure that we are now launching Apartment Building B for Pre‐sales, coupled with a very limited release of a Rental Investment Program as detailed herein.
      - Stage 1 of the development incorporates 12 pool‐side villas, luxury apartment building A, reception lobby, sports bar, gymnasium, free‐form swimming pool with adjacent lap pool, and all supporting infrastructure for the project. Stage 1 is expected to be completed in December 2018.
      - Stage 2 construction of the second apartment building (Building B) has already commenced, with expected completion to be in the 3rd quarter of 2019.

We have 3 types of villas: 256 m2 (type A) – 268 m2, 269 m2 (type B) –277 m2, 285 m2 (type C).
Starting price for the villas is THB 16.7 Million, type A has 2 bedrooms, type B and C come with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
As the land plot sizes are different for each villa, the prices slightly change accordingly. When you can indicate a particular villa plot, it will be our pleasure to make a quotation for you. Please contact us with your preferred villa type and we will indicate availability.

Special low season promotion for villas;
      - Our villas are fully furnished (an extra value of around THB 2 million)
      - We also Include for free 1 Full Black Mountain Golf Membership (valued at THB 1 million)

We also have 2 types of apartments as per details below:
      1. Building B: apartments size 60 to 80 m2 (Building B Type S) 
You can find Building B on the attached Masterplan right behind the swimming pool.
Starting price for these units is THB 4.2 Million, with a slight increase for the higher floors. The apartments of 60 m2 have 1 bedroom, the 80 m2 ones have 2 bedrooms.
      2. Building A: apartments size 117 m2 (type C) – 134 m2 (type B) – 143 m2 (type A) 
Starting price for these units is THB 7.8 Million, again with a slight increase for the higher floors. All these apartments have 2 bedrooms and we could do our sales quite well and Of the larger apartments (golf course view 134 sqm and 143 sqm)

Alternatively, for those customers who are more keen to have a Full Lifetime Black Mountain Membership, we can now offer a 50% discount on up to 2 Full Black Mountain golf memberships per residence.

         -  Full membership for 2 persons: normal price THB 2 Million, now only THB 1 Million
