Premium pool villa with smart home systems

It's the perfect combination of premium accommodation with nature combined with tranquility with a good quality lifestyle. Even if you are a golf lover, this place is very suitable because the villa is next to the golf course. It is pleasant and quite spacious with a good atmosphere. The service is also excellent and complete with a variety of activities. Apart from that, there are many activities to do, matching those who love outdoor activities. The villa interior provides modern technology, for example, Smart Home that makes life easy and convenient with a voice-activated personal assistant system. Also, high-speed internet is provided. Importantly, the furniture is quality and decorate in a modern resort-style. Very worthwhile to stay here!
The condominium overlooks the mountain view and near the golf course.

The project is only about 1 kilometer away from the golf course, and there are not many restaurants in this neighborhood. You can travel to Hua Hin town for about 15-20 minutes by car. Besides, the condo is also close to the water park. There is a place for children to do many holiday activities. In the project, you can call it calm and not crowded. If you love nature, you will like it because many trees are surrounded, offering stunning mountain views. The staff is helpful. There is enough parking for the residents !!!

This place is perfect for my retirement life, and I have no regret buying this pool villa at all. This place gives me a five-star service. All staff here is attentive and hospitable. As I'm quite old, one thing I concern about is my health. Fortunately, I'm a member of the Sansara Club Privileges; I have received an annual medical check-up service or other services such as airport pick up, spa, and housekeeping services. The villa that I stayed in is spacious. The design of it is excellent. Most importantly, it comes automation with a voice-activated personal assistant. Don't worry about how to use it. The function is not complicated so that everyone can use it. It makes my life a lot easier. Getting to the project is not difficult. It takes about 2 hours from BKK, and it's also not far from the Black Mountain Golf Club, the world-famous golf course that pleases the one who is fond of golf like me.
