the top priority here is excellent cleanliness. every day, the common areas around the swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are cleaned, and the overall condition here is still perfect for those who seek peace and solitude because there aren't many units. the room is quite large, and all the furniture is decorated. however, due to the thinness of the walls in this material, sometimes i can hear the sound of the next room. the staff here are also friendly and helpful. besides, i like the project's location as it is surrounded by well-known tourist attractions. you can also easily travel to other areas in chiang mai.

when i was looking for a condo for my rental business, i had a chance to visit the mock-up room of this project. after visiting, i decided to book a one-bedroom unit. i like the interior and exterior design of the condo since it’s a perfect combination of modern and scandinavian. plus, the location is excellent. it is close to the chang phueak monument and light rail station. just so you know, there are many shops and restaurants in this area, which is so convenient. most importantly, there are complete facilities in the common area like a large outdoor swimming pool, fully-equipped fitness center, etc. as for transportation, it is flexible. with only one motorcycle, i can go all over the place.

i love this condo as it's clean and secured by guards for 24 hours. it also includes indoor parking and a swimming pool. a studio room is quite large and fully furnished. great location as the neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and famous cafes. close to kad thanin market selling fresh produces. the staff here are very nice too. unfortunately, the soundproofing wall here is a bit thin. you can even hear the neighbor's voice talking on the phone.

it is a huge condo that feels like home. the interior decoration of the house is modern, and the furniture is of good quality, strong and durable. another thing that i like is the perfect combination of lanna and modern styles. the common area has a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and shops as well. the location is also in the heart of prosperity. there are convenient facilities throughout the area, such as big c, lotus, a famous university - chiang mai rajabhat university. this is another condo that has complete facilities both inside and outside
