Brennan came to Thailand in 2009 where prior to founding FazWaz he started his career in real estate at one of Phuket's top property brokerages. Here, he quickly worked his way up the ranks from servicing rental to sales clients and was promoted to the Director of Sales and Marketing. As the CRO of FazWaz, Brennan now calls Bangkok home, overseeing the FazWaz Group's operations in Thailand and the expansion to surrounding countries.

Prior to FazWaz, Michael was Vice President of Barclays Investment Bank in the United Kingdom. In this role, he focused on reforming the Fixed Income electronic trading environment in response to regulation arising from the credit crisis of 2008. Before Barclays, Michael worked at Credit Suisse Investment Bank. Michael earned his BSc in Business Management at the University of Aston in England, United Kingdom.

Prior to founding FazWaz, Paul was one of the first brokers and later sales manager at Dubai based real estate agency, Allsopp and Allsopp, now one of the top 3 brokerages in the UAE. Following this he joined an eCommerce platform start-up called GoNabit.

Jessica is the Chief Business Officer – Alternative Finance at FazWaz, Southeast Asia’s leading proptech platform, where she leads the development of fintech solutions to unlock liquidity in the real estate market. A graduate of Kasetsart University with a degree in Linguistics, Jessica has cultivated her business and financial expertise through hands-on execution—starting during university, when she launched and managed her own real estate management business.
A true entrepreneur and lifelong learner, Jessica has since advanced through the real estate industry, from frontline roles to C-suite leadership. As Chief People Officer at FazWaz, she scaled one of Thailand’s largest brokerage networks, introduced AI-powered hiring infrastructure, and redefined performance management. Today, she spearheads FazWaz’s alternative finance division, designing compliant Rent-to-Own and Buy-Now-Pay-Later solutions for international buyers excluded from traditional mortgage channels.
Beyond her executive role, Jessica is a real estate investor herself—specializing in property flipping, short-term rentals, and long-term investment strategies. Her dual perspective as both operator and investor gives her unique insight into the evolving needs of buyers, sellers, and financial partners.
Known for her resilience, integrity, and ability to execute across diverse domains, Jessica is committed to building scalable, ethical, and forward-thinking solutions that bridge fintech and real estate in Southeast Asia.

Prior to Fazwaz, Laurent started his career in Investment
Banking at UBS for 6 years, covering cross-border M&A. He then moved to Thailand
in 2011 to join Khronos, a local strategic & M&A advisory company, before
joining Pernod Ricard in 2014, where he headed various Finance and Operations
roles through Asia. Laurent then joined Lifull Connect in 2021 as Finance
Director for SEA, before moving into a CFO role for Lifull Connect / Fazwaz operations
in Thailand. Laurent holds a Master from ESCP Business School with a double
