Din Daeng was initially classified as a littering area in Bangkok and the center of groups of people who earn low income and need accommodation. Din Daeng was a part of Phaya Thai, with the population had increased steadily, making the locals encounter the inconvenience of contacting the government in the district office. Later, the Ministry of Interior established the Din Daeng District according to Bangkok's proposal. In the past, it was the main road for traveling, and when many cars were passing by, red dust was scattered all over it. Therefore, it was named following the original area called Din Daeng. Currently, it has been developed and become a prosperous area. As a result, the government has established many important government sectors such as Bangkok Youth Center (Thai - Japan), Embassy of The People's Republic of China, Bangkok City Hall, Radio Thailand, National Defence College of Thailand, Reserves Training Center Territorial Defense Department, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, and University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, it is considered a center of beautiful religious places and historical sites scattered through the area, including Wat Kunnathi Ruttharam (Wat Huai Khwang) and Wat Phrom Wongsaram. Besides, there is Pariyattitham School, a center for teaching and learning of Buddism. Apart from religious places, there are various transportation systems that can connect to important places and amenities to support everyday life perfectly. Regarding all factors mentioned, this area continuously has more population and results in the demand for houses.
