I stayed here on my vacation. It’s the best downtown location, only a few minutes from Central Chiang Mai and surrounded by shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The condo is private and full of shady gardens.The usable areas are not that spacious but well-decorated with high-quality furniture. In addition, the common area has an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, and a modern fitness center. It is another good place to stay and very suitable for relaxing. Overall, I’m so impressed with the place and I will come back and stay here again for sure if there is a chance.

I bought the studio room without the furniture for a living at a very economical price. I love that the project also provides a swimming pool and a gym suitable for doing exercise. More importantly, this condo is behind the Central Festival Chiang Mai, within 5 minutes by foot, making my living extremely convenient.
