Enough space for your car and a couple of bicycles.   The area The whole enclosed area is green, safe for walking (especially if you have small dog) and in a few minutes you can be by the canal and take a free ride in a canoe or bicycle boat that is available for the residence. This house is not with canal view, however you should have in mind that canal view also means the residence from the other side of the water can look into your house, so if you like privacy, this is definitely better.   A great place to bring your bicycles as well.  Close to the project you find an upper scaled hotel with bar and restaurant, just as well as there are many other good restaurants around the area.  Facilities An indoor gym combined with small hang around lounge offering soft seating and even a pool table. On top of this a large open area with pool and even more mountain view. It is really a nice place to go for a swim.
