I live in this building for many years now. I moved out of Hua Hin to this location because it is too crowed and too many vendors and jet skis on the condos over there. Here, it is very quiet and the beach is clean and not crowded. The staff takes very good care of the building and the beach. It is well maintained and truly luxury. I love to live next to Baba Beach club to have breakfast lunch and dinner too. It is nice to go there for massage too. If you are a resident here, they give a discount to use at Baba.

I am a southern girl. After I graduated from Bangkok, I worked and married a French husband, then I moved to Cha-Am and bought a condo near the beach for 2 bedrooms with a spacious area for 2 people. It is considered to be our home for a new wedding. Also, I like the atmosphere here because it is close to the beach within a few steps. My husband also likes to exercise at the gym because there are many types of equipment. However, there will be a lot of people using the common area on weekends and holidays. Therefore, this condo is a perfect place for leisure, where I don't want to go out at all. Besides, there is a food service delivery for residents. Moreover, I like cooking food by myself because I really like to eat spicy food and my husband is also starting to practice too. In general, the condo is luxurious and reasonably priced, according to its location and quality. So, I think it's not expensive to buy this room, and it's worthwhile.
