A luxury villa project in Rawai Beach with a beautiful design and outstanding interior. There is a big project of over 100 residential units in total, making it a big community in the future. Situated in a convenient location, the project is closed to Rawai, Nai Harn, and Kata beaches in 10 minutes by car. The size of the villa is perfect. The bedroom is on the second floor of the house while the first floor is the living area. The kitchen and the living area are open spaces to a swimming pool at 31 sq.m, not too big or small, just perfect. Around the villa, the garden is ideal for relaxing during leisure time. The project's common area is particular because there are spas, restaurants, and lounges available, which is very interesting. I think that this project is very suitable for investment as a long-term rental or living. It will meet all the needs of the residents as well, for sure.
