In typical Thai construction the bungalow is based on a 5 by 3 5mt square reinforced concrete peirs, the Main Bedroom is 5mts x 5mts, the ensuite is 5 x 2.5 as is the house WC, 2nd bedroom is also  5 x 5 kitchen 7 x 5  TV 9 x 9 Ent/ bedroom 3 & 4 not completed, is 10mts x 5 Mt's area.
