There are many local schools, such as Kasintorn Saint Peter, Piyachat and Pramaesakolsongkroh.  Various banks and supermarkets are also easily accessible.  The bus services 134 and 516 that take you to Central Westgate, Ikea, Jatujak Market, and the old city area are a ten-minute stroll from the house. The 134 bus also takes you to MRT purple line and BTS Mo Chit.  A perfect house for a family of 3-4 people. The rental price monthly is 24,300 THB, including Wi-Fi and water (electricity extra). Moreover, we have a housekeeper (for an additional fee) who is happy to assist you with cleaning and gardening. It is modern living within a traditional spirit.
