I just saw this project on the website, and I'm excited. The design of the villa looks stylish and unique. It is a two-story house with 2 bedrooms with a living area of 185 sq.m. The room is in proper proportion with a private swimming pool. There are many project facilities, including a spa, swimming pool, gym, restaurants, bars, cinema, and karaoke room. As a member, I can get other benefits from the project, such as staying for free at Utopia hotels, guaranteed rental income, free shuttle bus to the beach, and their chain projects in Phuket. Good location close to Nai Harn Beach, only a 4-minute drive. At the beach, you can find various facilities, shops, and famous restaurants nearby. With its reasonable price, I think the units will be sold out quickly.
