Pet-friendly condos are difficult to find in Phuket, Thailand. Not as easy as they are in Bangkok. With limited land space and masses, pet-friendly condos have not hit the Phuket market. Until the change of 2023. 

They are new developments happening in the Phuket real estate market. Especially the sector of pet-friendly condos in Phuket. We compile a new list of new off-plan pet-friendly condos. The Balance Phuket situated in Karon distinct is a beautiful location in the center of Phuket. You have access to the beach. Where you and your furry friend go out for a run in the morning watching the beautiful sun rise.

The Balance Phuket is a off-plan condo project set to complete in 2025. There are lots of amenities included not only for you but for your pets as well.

2. Sunset Plaza Condominium

Next on my list of top pet-friendly condos in Phuket is: Sunset Plaza Condominium. The Sunset Plaza Condominium is actually one of the oldest condo developments in my list of top 6 pet allowed condos in Phuket. 

Yet, I want to be included in the list because of the location in Karon, Phuket Town. Located centrally which allows very easy access to pet hospitals and clinics. Secondly the size of a 1 bedroom room starts at 63 sqm to a penthouse unit size at 397 sq m. 

We do not have 1 pet with us all the time. Sometimes you have 2 dogs or even 3 cats. Depending on your lifestyle. With a bigger unit room and more space you have lots of places to decorate your space for you and your pets.

Let’s move away from Phuket Town and now we arrive towards the north of the island at Kamala. Kamala is known as the quiet and peaceful island with a mix of locals and expats. Nakalay Phuket condo is on the cliff or edge of the mountain. You have a beautiful view of the sea. Additionally there is a helicopter pad located in the apartment too. 

Nakalay Phuket is towards luxury condos in Phuket. A 1 bedroom condo price in Nakalay Phuket starts at 6.5 million Thai Baht for a studio room size at 42 sq m. 

However, the view you get from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. Secondly you are surrounded by nature. You can take your pet out for a walk in nature anytime of the day.

Lastly, you are a short 4 minutes drive away to Patong beach. You and your pets are searching for a nice outing together. Patong is a lively district to visit with your pets. There is even a pet training facility in Patong as well.

4. The Woods Natural Park 

We are going to stay in Kamala Phuket arriving at our fourth pet-friendly condo in Phuket named: The Woods Natural Park. 

As the name suggested, The Wood Natural Park is a low-rise condominium surrounded by trees, flowers, and lots of plants. The interior design is what caught my eyes to include in the list for your pets. The interior design has light brown colors, wooden furniture, minimalist design. It is like you are camping with your best friend all year long. 

A quiet place located in a beautiful Kamala overlooking the beach. On the flip side you have a nice swimming pool with heaters too. Where you can even swim with your pets. Additionally The Woods Natural Park is kid-friendly providing amenities for your kids and your pets together.

5. East Coast Ocean Villas, Phuket 

Let's go up further north of Phuket to the Thalang district area. Thalang is similar to Kamala district where it is quiet. However the difference is that in Thalang you have a larger expat community than Kamala district. 

East Coast Ocean Villas is a mixed use development that provides you as homebuyers a villa unit and a condo unit. We are going to focus on villa units for you and your pets. A sea view property with a swimming pool for you and your pets. 

The most important aspect is the size of the condo units. Starting size of condo unit is 100 sq m for a 2 bedroom condo. Enough space to have a pet room even a pet bedroom as well. Enough space for you to re-decorate to match your lifestyle.

6. The View 

Lastly we return back to Phuket Town arriving at The View condo. The View condo is just beautiful. The off-white color, the white palette and interior design is very beautiful too look at. Secondly you have the most mesmerizing sea view on the front. And the mountain view on the back. 

We put this on the last at this The View is the most expensive condo to purchase on the list of our top 6 pet-friendly condos. A 2 bedroom condo size at 116 sq m starting price is 19 million Thai Baht. 

The best part of The View Phuket condo is that it provides a lounge and day care for your pets.

All the pet-friendly condos above size and layout are more than 50 sq m even for a studio unit. You want large spaces for yourself and your pets. You want some toy area for your pets to run around and play. A pet needs space to run, to enjoy and even have their own private station too. So seeking a larger unit for your pet is a primary consideration.
