The common area maintenance fee is ฿65 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. Staying at The View gives you a very nice relaxing holiday spirit, the pool and the sea view is one of the best in that area. and the on-site restaurant provides a good service and nice atmosphere overlooking the pool and further out to the Sea
