This project is perfect as investment opportunity because the university is next door. The occupancy rates for affordable condo's around Bangkok University is almost 100%. The project fits the student target group perfectly.
I will recommend The Address Sukhumvit 42 for those who love the convenience and close to many important places, including Ekkamai BTS and shopping malls. For a while, I've been in Thailand and impressed the project so much because it is located in the prime area nearby many amenities and suitable for my lifestyle. It is very convenient as a few steps away from the Ekkamai BTS Station or takes only 4 minutes to walk, and even you can drive a car as well. Regarding its location, I can go around easily, and there are numerous restaurants as Max Value. As for the interior, it is decorated with fully furnished. All facilities provided by the project are also answering the needs well. Nevertheless, the condo focuses on privacy, which is we are impressed. So, I rented 1 bedroom condo because it is suitable for me and my everyday life.
Just behind Getaway Ekkamai in soi 42, but its a one way street. This means that residents have to make a time consuming circle on Sukhumvit or Rama 4 to enter soi 42. Recently rebranded to hotel standards to upgrade the property, the units have a Japanese theme and design , lost of light wood tones. The developer did deliver a nice project and the construction is Grade A.

Soi 26 is a very lively street with outstanding dining options. Its also a few minutes away from K-Village mall. This project is between Sukhumvit and Rama 4 and therefore very convenient to be reached from either side. Very close to EMporium/EMquartier. The project offers privacy and the security is strict. nicely design but the price points are unreasonable.
It is a very interesting project because the interior decoration has been designed and influenced by Japan company. All rooms of the project used the high-glass type; I always feel comfortable whenever we are in the room. With the ceiling height of 3.15 meters, the room looks spacious, airy, and accessed the natural light. Besides, The interior is very outstanding because I can customize the design and unit layout to suit my lifestyle. At the same time, residents can choose the material color and tone of the room. I am especially pleased with the pets' friendly policy, and there is a garden for pets as well.
Moreover, the project facilities are very attentive to the residents as there are floating salt spas, non-chlorinated swimming pools, and an onsen bath. Furthermore, on the 27th floor, there is a gym with sky views of Bangkok. There is also a parking space available for more than 125% and a separate Super Car parking lot without worrying about its safety.
Overall, I love it, especially the interior design, because I like the simple and elegant styles at the same time. Also, there is a lot of green areas that make me feels cozy and calm.
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
Unfortunately this project is of a low grade and outdated. The property management is poor and its located at the backside of Sukhumvit 50, overshadowed by many other condo's .However if you would like to live in peace and don't mind living hidden, this is the place to choose

This is a project that offers REAL value for money. The price per sqm in 2020 is equal to 6 years ago, although its an older building, its offers large living space for big families. This would be the perfect buy for an investor or end user. Its walking distance from sukhumvit road . The constructional materials are sustainable and strong. The perfect family home for generations
I am very fond of Japanese architecture and design because it represents simplicity that perfectly blends with nature. It is more beautiful than any other countries design. So, I was particularly interested in it. I always go to the projects, which its design related to Japanese style. Of course, this project also attracts me due to the interior is mixed with minimalist furniture. It gives a sense of relief and more pleasant. I love the design so much, and I decided to buy 1 unit.
The building of the condo is U-shaped. The buildings are facing, and residents can see the nice pool view and Bangkok's city view. It allows me to commune with two different views in the same place, which is considered worthwhile that I invested. The project itself is situated in a very convenient area. Whether traveling by car or BTS Skytrain is convenient because it is near the expressway and the Thonglor BTS Station is 500 meters or a 5-minute walk. I want to recommend taking BTS Skytrain is more convenient than using a private car. The location in the center of the city is close to many different department stores and offices. I always take public transportation because it is convenient to travel and does not waste time. Moreover, there are numerous restaurants to choose from, ranging from affordable to high prices. However, the cost of living is relatively high as it is a business area.

The Emporio Place is convenient and easy to travel. The entrance is a bit far by walk, but a taxi and motorbike pass through all the time. The project can enter and exit in many ways, both on Rama IV Road and Soi Sukhumvit 24. I live with my boyfriend, and I work in Sukhumvit, so it is reasonable to compare the price with its value. In this area, there are quite a lot of high rise condos. An important selling point, I think it is close to department stores such as The Emporium and The EmQuartier. The Sukhumvit area has attracted many foreigners to live in this area.
I am fascinated here because of the value and convenience; there are several restaurants and convenience stores along the way. The common area is a lobby in all three buildings supporting residents very well. The building that I live in is Building A, which can walk to building C quickly at the back. The area below has a shady garden near the swimming pool. My room has been decorated with neat Western-style furniture. Fortunately, it is on the high floor, so I had a lovely view of the room. Above it is a bedroom and a small working desk area in the living room zone able to see the beautiful Chao Phraya River view. Fully furnished kitchen furniture with a washing machine is installed well.
